Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an account to use the calculators?
No. The 4 free calculators run in full without an account - enter your numbers and you get the complete answer. An account with Pro is needed for the other 8 calculators, to save a plan and to use the dashboard.
Will I be charged again automatically?
No. Pro is prepaid for a fixed validity and does not renew. We do not store your card for future charges. When your validity ends your account returns to Free, and buying again is entirely your decision. There is nothing to remember to cancel.
What happens when my Pro validity ends?
Your account returns to the Free plan. Your saved plans are kept but stay hidden until you subscribe again - nothing is deleted. Buy Pro again and everything you had saved is back in your dashboard.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
There is no time-limited trial, because Free is not a trial - it is a permanent plan with lifetime validity and the full results of its calculators. Buy Pro when you need the other calculators, saved plans or the dashboard, not because a countdown ran out.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, net banking, debit and credit cards through Razorpay. Card details are handled entirely by the payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Pro payments are not refundable, and you confirm this at checkout before paying. Because the free calculators are fully usable beforehand, and nothing renews automatically, you are never charged without having had the chance to evaluate the product first. If you were charged twice, or paid and did not receive access, write to us - those are corrections and we put them right. See the Purchase & Cancellation Policy.
