Agreement

These terms govern your use of richlify.com and its calculators. By using the site you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Purchase and Cancellation Policy and Financial Disclaimer, each of which forms part of this agreement.

What Richlify is - and what it is not

Richlify provides financial planning calculators and explanatory content. They are educational tools.

Richlify does not provide investment advice, financial planning advice, tax advice or legal advice. We do not recommend securities, mutual funds, insurance products or loans. We are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst, and we are not a registered investment adviser in the United States. No advisory or fiduciary relationship arises from your use of this site.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for activity under your account. Accounts are personal; sharing credentials is not permitted and may result in suspension without refund.

Free and paid access

Four calculators are available without an account. Paid plans add saved plans, the dashboard and access to the remaining calculators, as described on the Pricing page. We may change what each plan includes, and will give at least [NOTICE PERIOD] notice of any material reduction to a plan you are already paying for.

Payment and term

Paid plans are purchased for a fixed term, monthly or annual, and paid in advance.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. We do not retain your card details for future charges. At the end of the term your account returns to the free tier, and any further purchase is a fresh decision by you.

Prices shown are the amount payable. [While the LLP is not registered for GST, prices are stated without tax and no tax invoice is issued. Update this clause and the pricing pages on registration.]

We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a term you have already paid for.

Refunds

Subscription payments are not refundable. Before payment you are shown this and asked to confirm it.

This does not affect our obligation to deliver the service you paid for. Duplicate charges, payments where access was never granted, and paid features unavailable for a substantial part of your term are corrected. Full terms are in the Purchase and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms and is linked from the checkout page before you pay.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape or bulk-download the calculators, resell or sublicense access, reverse-engineer the calculation engines, or reproduce substantial portions of our content without written permission.

Embedding a calculator using our official embed code is permitted and encouraged, provided attribution and the link back remain intact.

Accuracy

We take considerable care over the calculation engines. Each publishes the method behind it, including where the model simplifies and where it is deliberately conservative.

Even so, every output is an estimate produced from assumptions you supply. We do not warrant that outputs are error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular decision, and you should not treat them as a substitute for professional advice.

If you believe a calculation is wrong, please tell us with the inputs you used - we will check the engine and correct it if you are right.

Limitation of liability

Indian consumer protection law limits how far liability can be excluded against a consumer, and several US states will not enforce broad exclusions. Wording that is valid in one may be void in the other. Do not copy this clause from another website - it is the clause most likely to be tested and the one most likely to fail if borrowed.]

Intellectual property

The calculators, content, design, and the Richlify name and marks are owned by [LLP NAME] LLP. Embedding grants you a limited, revocable licence to display the calculator; it grants no rights to the underlying engines or content.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of our staff or other users. Where we close a paid account for breach, no refund is due. Where we close it for any other reason, we will refund the unused portion of the period paid for.

Governing law and disputes

Grievances

Our Grievance Officer's name and contact details are published in the Privacy Policy. Grievances are acknowledged within 24 hours and addressed within 15 days.
